Scientific experiments suggest that men should have something in every four to five hours time to keep his body well and good and active, whereas, women should have something in every three hours time since the digestion process is a bit fast in ladies.
Many people prefer to skip meals thinking that it would help them o lose weight and that could very well help their motive of dieting. Well, this is absolutely absurd to follow with since; all of us need to have meals to maintain the balance of metabolism in our body. It is commonly noticed that, whenever you skip your meals it is highly likely to feel hungry which disturbs you concentration and activities. And in dieting individuals, this feel of hunger has seen to be tempting them keeping themselves aloof from dieting, and they even curse dieting.

The practice of skipping meals give the impression to some that if they avoid meals, lees food will be in, and lesser calories will be in. Even though, they think that it would help losing weight, it is for sure that it is the worst helping factor to lose weight. Here is what happens. When you skip your meals, your body will be disturbed in getting no food, and it will be in a starvation state. This state helps in reducing the metabolism rate of your body. Slower metabolism rate is directly proportional to slower loss of weight and it is no way helping your objectives.
